Job Description

    To manage operational deliverables in terms of targets, including quality targets for a specific (sub) process on a day-to-day basis Identify areas of improvement in the process, based on gaps in quality and delivery Maintain a close relationship with appropriate client stakeholders to resolve operational issues Should have led some high impact process improvement and automation projects which resulted in significant savings at client s end Must have sound knowledge of the Digital Transformation Landscape in the S&P domain through latest technologies, platforms, tools S&P BPO operations experience across Category management support, sourcing support and end to category management for low value spend categories - Tail Spend, IT, MRO, Capex etc. Hands-on experience of procurement platforms e.g. Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Buyer, Coupa, SAP-SRM etc. Business finance and commercial models understanding relevant to S&P (e.g. cost break down sheets, TCO analysis, supplier comparison weighted average models etc.). Prior experience to creating global and regional category strategies based on supply market research. Evaluating category and supplier performance. Evaluate overall sourcing and procurement performance. Service Delivery/Consulting background. Familiar and comfortable with MS Office suite (PowerPoint, MS Excel & MS Access). An effective communicator with strong interpersonal/presentation skills and ability to relate to people across hierarchical and cultural settings Ability to influence, drive and work in a matrix organization Ability to work largely as an individual contributor. A keen eye with a flair for designing and implementing operational interventions systematically in order to achieve accelerated growth of the business.
