Job Description

    Primary skills and responsibilities: Should have independently managed Contracts Management and Document Review process Excellent domain knowledge on Contracts (Contract drafting, negotiating, redlining, abstraction, summarization) and end to end contract lifecycle management. Undertaking drafting and support negotiation of agreements relevant to the business of an Information Technology service provider Review and interpret contract provisions critically; Possess a complete understanding of industry specific risks associated with clauses. Experience working with IT contracts and knowledge of legal framework for IT & ITES, exposure to procurement contracts, subcontract, M&A would be an added advantage. Deep knowledge of commercial contracting, other principles underlying the law of contracts across geographies, global standards, and best practices. Strong understanding of corporate legal requirements including but not limited to the Information security, compliance of IP, Data privacy, and others; facilitate and conducts legal research, if needed Should have excellent written and oral English communication skills Exceptional communication (to both internal and external stakeholders), collaboration, stakeholder management and presentation skills Should be proficient with Industry standard CLM platforms and Artificial intelligence/automation exposure (preferable), working knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office. Efficient and hands on experience using one or more industry standard Tools in Contracts and Document Review process such as: o Contracts Management: Ariba, Coupa, Salesforce/Apttus, iCertis, SirionLabs, etc. o eDiscovery: Relativity One, Xerox, ZyLAB, IBM eDiscovery manager, etc. o Contract Analysis: Kira, Conga AI, Brightleaf, ContractPodAi, Wolters Kluwer Wiz, etc. Secondary skills: Should be able to create standard operating procedures, workflows, and training material Should be able to work under defined KPIs/ SLAs and other parameters and guidelines Excellent interpretation, analytical skills, reasoning, and logical ability Excellent interpersonal and people management skills Should be able to manage multiple tasks often with competing deadlines Preliminary reporting and data analysis Define and drive performance indicators for Team Leaders and practice performance monitoring Should be able to work under minimum supervision Should be able to create client presentations and present during governance calls Soft Skill Requirement: Excellent communication, conflict management and interpersonal skills. Ability to keep team motivated and work in a team with deadlines and contribute individually, if needed Must be constantly involved in learning and innovation processes within the organization and the department Organized, able to multi-task and prioritize, and work well under pressure in an intensely timeline-oriented and multi-cultural team environment.,
