Job Description

    URGENT OPENING FOROperator (Injection Molding & Mold Maintenance)LOCATION - Ranjangaon, Pune.QUALIFICATION -ITI (Plastic Processing Operator) or Diploma in Plastic Mold Technology (CIPET)WORKING DAYS - 6 Days WorkingEXPEREINCE - 2 YEARS TO 7 YEARSSALARY - 15K TO 20KDesired skills: Experience in operating injection molding machines, including performing basic machine maintenance and troubleshootingJOB DESCRIPTION -Experience in molding filled and unfilled engineering thermoplastics, such as compounds containing PA6, PP, and PBT. The operator must be able to remove and install injection molding tools regularly. The operator should also be skilled in tool inspection and basic tool maintenance. The operator will work around heavy machinery and tools, so the operator must have a strong emphasis on safety. The operator must adhere to the highest safety standards and maintain a clean work area. The operator should have some formal training in injection molding; those with master molder or similar training on systematic molding are desired. Able to read and write in English. Must possess basic math skills. Independent performer. Able to take initiatives for making a safer and more productive workspace. Experience in safely using hoists for removal and mounting of tools. An operator with a valid reach truck and/or forklift license will be preferred.
