Job Description

    • This role will primarily be responsible for leading and driving operational efficiency improvement from IT infrastructure investments and IT process deployment perspective for EIIC. The incumbent will work closely with EIIC - Finance, SCM and all EIIC departments as well as partner with IT function teams - India IT BRM, SIS lead and PROCOE DDM leader, to drive budgetary planning, expense control and operational excellence for IT investment and spend at EIIC.
    Job Responsibilities
    • Profit Planning- Working with EIIC leadership in consultation with IT function, as applicable, to create proposals for CAPEX - annual / long term investments & annual operations budget forecasting
    • OPEX Oversee IT asset management - new hire assets, replacements, upgrades, electronic waste, asset disposal, lab asset management, etc.
    • Employee IT issues resolution - Consolidate, prioritize and escalate support issues faced by EIIC teams with IT BRM for effective resolution.
    • Digitalization of Function Processes
    • Digitize / automate IT processes related to IT asset planning, deployment and tracking as well as those linked to other functions - SCM (ITprocurements, Billing) , Facilities (Routers, Servers etc.), HR processes (Employee exits) etc.
    • Leverage and help improve existing IT Dashboards for SLA metrics, Inventory, asset utilization, costs to identify and drive productivity / efficiency improvements for EIIC operations.
    • Partner with IT organization to execute cycles of continuous improvement to further optimize and digitalize function processes at EIIC
    • Cost Optimization - Identify cost out opportunities by proposing alternative technology / hardware / software solutions
    • Strengthen deployment of IT policies and procedures in close alignment with IT function - Ensure smooth deployment, adoption of IT policies, best practices and help with organizational change management for new IT process roll outs
    QualificationsRequirement:
    • Education level required - BE - IT / Computer Science preferred
    • Years and area of experience required - 7+ in field of IT operations with exposure to supply chain management, financial planning, operational excellence
    • Technical knowledge - Project Management, DMAIC / Six Sigma, Microsoft O365 Tools - Power Automate, SharePoint, PowerBI etc.
    • Soft skills - Collaborative, Communication savvy, good at influencing
