Designation:Associate Analyst (SME).Responsibilities & Activities Description

  • Day to day report generation
  • Work on Change requests for reports being delivered
  • Data provisioning work
  • Timely & error-free report/data delivery, quick response to client queries
  • Assess reports for improvement opportunities and/or execute improvement ideas
  • Experience in interacting with business users, self-starter ready to work with minimal inputs
  • Comply with internal and external processes
  • Advanced excel knowledge and can work on changes suggested by business
Optional:
  • Develop & maintain Dashboards using Advanced excel (Formula and charts) and access
  • VBA (Visual Basics for Applications) - Develop and maintain Excel macros, Excel/Access-based, VB Script apps, web based macro and mainframe automation
  • Provide support to end users once tools are deployed
Required Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Access and VBA
  • Proven record of working on multiple applications
    • Excel
    • Access
    • MS Outlook
    • Internet Explorer/Chrome (Browsers)
    • MS Access/SQL (Databases).
  • Intermediate level knowledge on Excel Charts, Pivots, Slicers, Excel formulae, Dashboard views, Index Match, Vlookup & Hlookup, named ranges etc.
  • Good Interpersonal, analytical and written communication skills
  • Good Knowledge in RDBMS Access / SQL etc.
  • Knowledge on Tableau would be an added advantage
Work Experience:
  • VBA Macros
  • Experience in Finance & Accounting (AR/AP) domains preferred
Education:
  • Graduate(BE/BCA/BSc only)
General Skills -
  • Excellent communication skills, at all levels in the organization) both verbal and written
  • A high level of detail orientation and organization
