Job Description

    Experience of very critical and complex project delivery. Proven experience of managing people Experienced practitioner in managing network design teams with skills like CCIE - Security/CCNP R&S Cisco AP /F5 Loadbalancer/ Cisco WLC/ CISCO ASA/ Palo ALTO/ Checkpoint, SDWAN, CLOUD Good understanding of multi vendor based Network and Security solutions would be required At least 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in network impelementation/assurance/design team management High levek understanding on 2-3 technologies Expert Understanding of LAN/WAN/WLAN/BGP/MPLS/OSPF/EIGRP/DMVPN/IPSEC/Voip/ISDN/ SIP/Cloud technologies Ability to aggressively drive, facilitate and lead the technical resolution of complex and highly visible technology incidents and ensuring maximum system availability Experience in handling requests like addition of new network assets for data platform which requires hardware and configuration changes. Intermediate level Technical understanding of architecture and design flows Ability to organize and attend on international conference call and discuss technical issues Experience in operation of end to end customer solutions Plan, organize, coordinate and lead the project team, taking appropriate action where team performance deviate Identifies, assesses and manages risks Manages quality reviews Manages the change control procedure Monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders Ensures adherence to the project plan (milestones) and budget. Manage escalations with stakeholders both internally and with any Supply Chain Supplier/Vendors. Ability to plan, schedule and monitor work to meet time, cost and quality targets Manages all periodic reporting Responsible for strategic resource planning to meet work volumes and ensure the team meets project commitments. Ensuries required documentation exists for all required projects, including communication plans, implementation plans are all interlocked with Eco Partners. Ensuring all SOP s are developed to perform the task effectively Effective client relationship management-setting up correct expectation Deliver complete reports/plans throughout the institution, Support the organizations strategic goals and direc Excellent communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation skills - internally, analytical thinking and customer facingtion Stakeholder management (Account Team) with internal and external customers Telecom,
