Position Developers Sr. Developers Tech LeadRequired resources 8 7 2Experience 3 years ~ 5 years 5 years ~ 10 years 10 years ~ 15 YearsOracle ADF Development Role Objective:1. Presenting ideas for system improvements.2. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.3. Prepare design documentation.4. Code and test software based upon software specifications and design.5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software.6. Write and maintain technical documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.7. Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the organization.8. Support customer-witnessed testing.9. Support team members. Role Objective: 1. Deliver software projects within the agreed timeframe and quality standards.2. Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.3. Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.4. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.5. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications.6. Assist in the collection and documentation of users requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.7. Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.8. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.9. Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.10. Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.11. Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.12. Provide third-level support to business users. Experience & Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of web applications development using JEE. Excellent knowledge of developing Oracle ADF applications. Excellent knowledge of Oracle Database/PLSQL. Good knowledge of Oracle BPM/SOA. Good knowledge of Oracle Webcenter Portal. Good knowledge of HTML5, Javascript, CSS, JQuery.Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Engineering. Experience & Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of project & team management. Excellent knowledge of design patterns. Excellent knowledge of web applications development using JEE. Excellent knowledge of developing Oracle ADF applications. Excellent knowledge of Oracle Database/PLSQL. Good knowledge of Oracle BPM/SOA. Good knowledge of Oracle Webcenter Portal.
