Are you a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM developer Have you worked across multiple HCM modules not just core Do you work collaboratively with your colleagues on solutions Are you confident at iteratively refining user requirements and removing any ambiguity Do you like to be challenged and encouraged to learn and grow professionally We re looking for developers to: have the ability to work in a functional and technical capacity and analyse business requirements and make recommendations for solutions that will add value to stakeholders configure the Oracle Cloud Application to meet HR requirements and document application set-up develop solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders contribute to the continuous improvement of applications, especially Oracle Fusion HCM throughout lifecycles and provide technical input to the planning of future application requirements ability to lead a team of developers on projects and lead internal and external resources through the requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment phases of complex ERP projects conceptualize and communicate potential solutions to business issues document technical and functional specifications assist QA & testing team in preparing validation scripts and testing scenarios carry out configuration, integration and personalization s to core HR application effectively communicate and drive project deliverables interact with the project team members on developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions work with SaaS vendors/in-house solutions on implementations/integrations/upgrade releases provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of Software Development life cycle ensure that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to productionYour teamYou ll be working in the HRIT team in Pune, India as part of our global collaborative community. You must be highly skilled and proficient in your area of expertise and contribute to our IT programs., highly skilled and proficient developer with at least 8 years of experience focused on HR IT applications e.g. SaaS/in-house applications recent (20C) Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience in at least two of these modules: Global Human Resources, Benefits, Global Payroll Interface, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management proficient in personalization, security configuration, configuration management, Fast Formulae, HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, SQL. upgrade and implementation experience prior experience leading HCM implementations/upgrades ability to work on all project phases: project preview, fit/gap analysis, configuration and testing demonstrated ability to manage project scope demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution know-how to apply standards, methods, techniques and templates as defined by our SDLC produce secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent and well-performing design, plan and deliver solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment bachelor s/master s degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in HRIT applications/solutions ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation on user requirements into technical specifications effective analytical, leadership and communication skills
