Job Description

We are actively looking for a talented Fusion HCM Technical Lead to join our growing ERP practice. This is a full-time salaried position. These positions need leaders who can adapt, work in a very fast-pace, enriching environment and is looking for a career rather than just a job.

What You ll Do:

  • I dentify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion.
  • Conduct Technical Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
  • Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems Extensive experience in using HCM Data Loader
  • Integration experience using ICS/ AIC/ OIC including SOA and REST APIs, Java Web Service will be an advantage.
  • Strong experience on OTBI, BI and Conversion Components.
  • Experience in Fast Formulas for Core HR, Absence and Payroll
  • Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Experience of Migrating data from legacy systems of the clients.
  • Work with functional team to identify the appropriate technical solution for HCM modules.
  • Write technical requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
  • Develop Security and approval management for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
  • Implement Security for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
  • Experience of Migrating data for Projects from legacy systems of the clients.
  • Assist client in preparing data extraction, testing extracted data and develop test scripts conversions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion Release 13
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations
  • Prior experience leading HCM implementations/upgrades

What Youll Bring:

  • HCM Technical resource with 12-16 years of experience with Cloud and EBS HCM. Modules Core HR, Absence and Payroll modules
  • Oracle Cloud Payroll Preferable - US and Canada
  • Fusion Cloud relevant 4 to 6 Years of implementation experience
  • Oracle E Business Suite 6 or 8 years of implementation experience.
  • AST Corporation requires a Bachelor s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience./B.Tech. or M.C.A. or M.B.A. from a reputed University.
  • Must have worked in onsite/offshore model w/ experience working independently / collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines
