Description This position provides technical support and assists in the implementation of Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) Cloud Application , for Emerson in a global , multi - Business Group environment. Maintain and support HR , Payroll , Benefits , Self - Service , Absence Management , Talent Management , Compensation Management modules of Oracle HCM Systems , Taleo Learn and Taleo Recruit modules.In addition , this position will support the Operations team in resolving production issues as needed. Directs the development , delivery , installation and support of new software releases , patches and enhancements to customers. Provides post - implementation technical product support to customers.PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provides Business Analysis in conjunction with IT Project Lifecycle for all improvements , enhancements and anyParticipates in various IT projects intended to continually improve / upgrade the infrastructure , such as evaluation of new software and hardware required to meet a business need or to make a process more cost effectiveActs as a technical consultant to the enterprise , helps identify major areas of development , leads research and prototyping of innovative technologies and productsResponsible for determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases , feature and maintenance releases , and regular corrective service or service pack releases. Lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requestProactively assists the Technical Services Manager , in defining direction for future projectsManage the configuration of the application based on business unit requirements and Emerson s standards for Human Resources , Payroll and Benefits modules.Coordinate with cross - functional teams in different lines of business to collect requirements for Oracle HCMOther duties as assigned. Requirements EDUCATION / LANGUAGE BS in Computer Science , Information Technology.Fluent in English. EXPERIENCE / SKILLS 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Applications Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle E - Business Suite HRMSRequired 3 to 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Applications - HR , Benefits , Payroll , Self - Service , Absence Management , Talent Management , Compensation Management modules.Preferable - 2 to 3 years of experience with Oracle E - Business Suite HRMS - HR , Payroll , Benefits , Self - Service , Preferable but not required - 1 to 2 years of experience in Oracle Taleo Learn , Oracle Taleo Recruit modules. Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM application architecture.Required - Expertise in HCM Data Loader , Spreadsheet Loader , Payroll Batch LoaderRequired - Expertise in OTBI , BI Publisher , HCM ExtractRequired - Expertise in Oracle Cloud and EBS Fast FormulasRequired - Expertise in SQL , PL / SQL , HRMS API s , Oracle Reports Fast Formula , Preferred - Expertise in Oracle Discoverer , OAF , Java , ADF , Workflow , AME , Taleo Recruit & Oracle Learn (cloud)Preferable experience configuring Taleo Learn and Oracle Recruit modules.Experience developing Discoverer Reports using Discoverer Plus and Discoverer AdministrationMust be able to multitask , evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressureExceptional customer service orientation , with a focus professional interaction with all customers , contractors and vendors , both internal and external to Emerson.Deadline oriented with a sense of urgency in meeting project goals,
