8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM / HRMS as techno-functional consultant Gathers business requirements and documents technical solutions, develops interfaces, reports and other objects on the Oracle Fusion platform. Understand and Configure of all Fusion modules specifically Core, Compensation and Talent Management Develop HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports using OTBI and BI Publishers, HCM Data Loader scripts, E-Mail/Workflow Notifications Develop End-to-End Integration programs and setups with external vendors for both Inbound and Outbound file transfers Write detailed technical & functional design specifications for development objects Handle complete data migration process by using HDL, PBL etc Design and test the integrations with internal/other systems Configure the application according to the design decision Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor Bachelors degree in business, computer science or related field 6+ years of experience in supporting HR Functions Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems Extensive Oracle HCM (Fusion) Development experience Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail Excellent client-facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills,
