We are actively looking for talented Oracle apps HRMS Techno Functional Consultant to join our growing team. These key roles are an integral part of our growing national Oracle Managed Service practice. These are full-time salaried consulting positions. The ideal candidates have done this before and can anticipate what needs to be done rather than be instructed. These positions need leaders who can adapt, work in a very fast-pace, enriching environment and is looking for a career rather than just a job. Roles and responsibilities Work on support issues in HRMS including OTL and payroll Working in Managed service support projects with ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Identifying and documenting gaps, performing and supporting configurations during multiple phases of project, including testing cycles Making recommendations to resolve gaps through solution design and/or process changes Identifying and building test scenarios and test scripts Work with global team and teams across locations Work with payroll fast formula Provide timely updates to the team leads/supervisor/project manager Project documentation including design documents, testing scripts, training manuals Ability to independently write queries to database and get details needed to resolve production support issues Support users during period closure issues. Ability to work in Evening / Night shift as needed to support customers in USA Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS consultant / HRMS techno functional consultant . Well versed with Oracle modules of HRMS- HR, SSHR, OTL, Payroll , Performance management Experience in providing solutions in Oracle to the client requirement A Bachelor/Masters degree in Engineering or MBA in HR Applicants with Cloud project experience / trained on Oracle ERP Cloud will be preferred Knowledge of SQL / PL SQL Flexibility to work in 24*7 shifts AST Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
