Job Description

HelloRole (Job Title): PEGA DeveloperNo of Positions: 4Notice Period : Immediate to 1 Week MaxPrimary Skill: 5 + years Pega PRPC experience, CSSAWork Location : Pune / Hyderabad / BangaloreTotal Experience (yrs) : 5-8YrsShift Timing: UK Shift

  • 5+ years experience in design, Integration and Development of PRPC-based solutions, including in preparing Low level design to develop shared/reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega Process Rules Commander.
  • Excellent skills in any of the RDBMS tools like Oracle, MSSQL, DB2 or Sybase. Should be proficient in SQL commands
  • Solid foundation in Object Oriented concepts
  • Extensive Knowledge in web services and Design Patterns ,SOAP architecture.
  • Designing system from concept to completion - determine business requirements, derive project specifications, software design, implementation, testing, deployment, provide end user training, production support and maintenance.
  • Expertise skills in PEGA PRPC with training and certifications i, CSSA, CSA, CMBB, CPM.
  • Experience in implementing the next best action marketing framework that involves giving offers to customers based on the predictive and adaptive analysis.
  • Understand the customers current opportunities and challenges and ability to lead customer through solution visioning, taking full responsibility for the delivery of the solution
  • Ability to design highly scalable and performing PRPC solutions that strategically fit in the customers enterprise. Able to Architect, Design and lead teams in PEGA implementations.
  • Strong understanding of wider technical environment and implications of design decisions. Design solutions for reuse. Conduct design reviews as a norm with the wider team.
  • Proven expertise in distributed application development including extensive work in Object Oriented Analysis (OOA), Object Oriented Design (OOD), Development and Implementation of projects in the areas of Client Server Architecture and Database Systems.
  • Strong KnoWeplex business/technical requirements.
