Roles and ResponsibilitiesA leading Automotive Parts Manufacturer is looking for candidates for the role of Manager - Paint Shop Manager. The role entails - management of all the operational management of Paint shop along withplanning, organizing & managing operation and administration of paintshop.ResponsibilitiesEnsure & Focus on maintaining of 5S & Housekeeping in department & follow the established discipline, Ensure about theusage of PPES for maintaining an accident free workenvironment in departments.Internal Paint shop Planning along with PPA for optimum resource utilization of (man, material, method, machines) and allocating theavailable resources as per time scheduling.Setting up production targets and achieve the same within time and cost parameters.Ensuring process compliance by monitoring processes, identifying causes and making changes for final scale upProductivity improvement through Automation, waste elimination & rejection control.Focus on analysis for root cause through different technique/ CAPA & then ensuring successful implementation of correctiveactions for re occurrence, parallel deployment for avoidoccurrence.Monitor & Control of material cost, rework / rejection /Lumps up to achieve the Quality Objectives/KPIs of the mold shop.Co-ordination of activities with PPC,QA,MMT , TMT, RSD,ASSY Sections for routine work or for any issues .Focus and control on Internal PPM,Customer Rejection.Continuously strive for cost reduction thru various initiatives.Ensure ERP, BARCODE system & FIFO in Paint shop in effective way.Conducting in-house training programs in order to ensure multiskilling and development of people .
