Job Description

Parts ManagerLocation: PuneEducation: Management Degree/Engineering DegreeExperience: 5 - 15 yearsCTC: as per market standard.My role is to make Phillips Corporation the best supplier of manufacturing technology there will ever be, by1.Managing the supply chain of importing spare parts into India from Haas USA and distributing it in India as well as Middle East and neighbouring countries like Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.2.Managing Spare parts stock levels at Locations in India (Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, Nashik, Bhiwadi, Noida, Ludhiana, Ahmedabad) with warehousing concepts, purchasing and inventory management. Releasing purchase orders to suppliers (Local & Foreign) to ensure 100% accuracy of Stock level for supply at all the time.

  1. Review inventory reports including excess and idle stock, inventory turnover ratio, customer service rate, stock out, suppliers performance and critical stock items status, and provide updated reporting to Management.
4.Strategically monitor ageing of stocks and make strategy to deplete those stock with the help of Sales/Service team.5.Weekly Forecasting on Entire Inventory to analysis for accurate CNC Machines spares parts to be available at all India level to fulfil the Service & Sales requirement. So that there is no shortage and downfall in production at the customer end due to non-availability of Parts.6.Monitoring Monthly data/reports to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information.7.Knowledge of handling the Supply Chain Management and Logistics process along with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) Implementation.8.Managed contracts with suppliers and other supply functions within the company9.Recommend improvements and changes in key performance indicators that drive customer service and overall warehouse & distribution effectiveness. Audit branches10.Knowledge of calculating Safety stock, Service Stock, Reorder point and setting up MIN-Max for spare parts.
