    Professional ExperienceMinimum 6 years experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in the financialservices industry, including experience with system analysis, design, development,and deployment experienceMinimum 2 years experience leading complex and large scale applications involvingbusiness process management platform PEGAMinimum 4 years PEGA development experienceExcellent skills in PEGA PRPC, PEGA BRE, PEGA Rules Process Commander,Rules Engine, Process Flows, Screen Flows, Flow Actions, Data Pages. PDC, WebServers (IIS, Apache), Caching, SQL, REST/SOAP API, Java Script, XPath, XSLT,Micro Services and Scripting (WMI, PowerShell)Experience with various integration methods and PEGA robotics RPAExcellent knowledge of PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodologyExpertise in a wide variety of automation solutions using PEGA BPM platform andintegrating with various platforms such as Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Web,Core Banking, Fiserv, CO-OP, FIS, Consumer Lending, Mortgage, Zelle Network,and financial institution specific applicationsExperience with CI/CD tools and processes (experience in Jira, Jenkins, CodeRepository and code scanning tools).Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking,organizational skills and problem solving skillsAbility to understand the technical landscape and strategy.,
