Job Description

  • The Lead System Architect (LSA) is engaged in all aspects of a project, they designthe Pega solution end-to-end. Using a Business Architect s functional design, the LSA creates the technical design, develops the enterprise classstructure and reviews infrastructure requirements such as data architecture definitions and data management plans.
  • The LSA leads technical teams, delivers technical guidance and advice, enables team members, and provides knowledgetransfer to customer.
To succeed, the Lead System Architect must:
  • Demonstrate complete mastery of all aspects of Pega PRPC technology
  • Processes, UI, Integrations, Agents, Performance Tuning, Designing Class Structures etc.
  • Successfully translate functional designs into technical solutions using Pega best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to Pega development guardrails.
  • Work closely with customer architects to ensure approval.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to other members of the technical team.

  • Bachelor s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science.
  • PegaLead System Architect Certification (Level 1, just exam may be acceptable).
  • 5+ years of experience working on different Pega projects creating designs and developing implementations of Pega multi-process applications.
  • Strong DesignSkills.
  • Deep knowledge of Pega application design and development best practices.
  • Track record of successful Pega application implementations that meetuser needs.
  • Qualified candidates must also have superior aptitude for analytical concepts, oral and written communication skills, customer focus, teamwork abilities, integrity, and relationship-building skills.
