Job Description

    Exp - 4-7 Yrs - Candidate should have minimum of 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM product (9.0 and above) - Should have good functional exposure/ knowledge in following modules based on the top down priority listed below 1. Recruitment - Good to have 2. Core HR - Good to have 3. PMAS Good to have 4. Time & Labour Must have 5. Absence Management Must have - Candidate should have sound knowledge in the following PeopleSoft technical areas 6. PeopleCode 7. Application Engine 8. Application Package 9. Workflow (Specifically AWE) 10. Integration Broker tools like IB and CI. 11. SQR Crystal 12. PS Query SQL - Candidate should have experience in PeopleSoft Support phase - Should have Good Communication and client interaction Skills - Should be Reliable and Work independently - Accounting knowledge is added advantage. - Flexibility to work in shifts (ASIAN times) and good communication Skills - Good understanding of functional business processes concepts set-ups testing. - Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments that come with package.
