Describe in one impactful sentence the bigger purpose that this role contributes to in our company.You are responsible forCreate and maintain MPS plans which are based on commercial demand to ensure orders are delivered on time, while maintaining minimal stock levels and optimizing factory capacity. Create and maintain percentage planning lists (P-BOM) to ensure flexibility towards the markets.Share data from the MPS plan with the procurement department to ensure the procurement of materials on-time and against minimal costs.Actively participate in the change management process (including new product introductions), manage phase-in/phase-out plan and calculate effectivity dates based on stock levels and material availability, in close cooperation with procurement, service and production.Initiate, drive and contribute to improvements of the planning systems and procedures to further improve delivery reliability and reduce cycle times.The production planning process to have DI-Systems, which are build in a make-to-order model, available at the factory ship date as confirmed to the customer.To resolve escalations for DI-Systems to meet customer commitment by teaming-up with parties in the supply chain (procurement, order desk, engineering, quality & regulatory, operation managers).The process of handling commercial returns and DEFOAs (Defect-On-Arrival) and ensuring the customer gets the missing parts.The (order) handling of supply flows from factory Pune to other Philips factories and vice-versa.To lead and develop the team of appr. 5 people consisting of Production Planners, Return handlers and Internal Order desk staff.To ensure the processes are compliant towards Medical Device and Trade-Compliance regulations.To drive realization of operational targets and action plans where necessary.Act as ship hold coordinator.You improve processes using LEAN methodologyTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceYou have a Bachelor or degree of Engineering or Masters at least 10 years of working experience in relevant domainProven experience in planning & execution control processes in healthtech or high tech machine building industry.You have proven experience in SAP (PP/MM) or another ERP system (required)You are very analytical and precise (required)You are a good communicator with good stakeholder management skills (required)Experience with engineering change management and configuration management is preferredKnowledge on DI products is a strong plus, or at least supply chain experience in high-tech machine/component building industry is a strong preferenceYou have the following behavior and character: customer-focused, team player, pro-active, make-it-happen attitude, flexible, persistent, empathic, able to build bridgesYou can fluently communicate on different organizational levels in EnglishPersonal skills: emphatically skilled, customer-focused, make-it-happen mentality and precise.Proven experience in leading teams, whereby goals are accomplished.,
