  • Project Role :Technology Solution Planning Lead
  • Project Role Description :Critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a technology solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. Acts as a key member of the sales team to represent the technology solution offering to the client/internal groups.

      • Key Responsibilities : a: Assessing the systems architecture currently in place in the bank and working with technical teams to recommend solutions to improve it b: Assessing the business impact of technical changes in the bank c: Resolving technical problems as they arise d: Providing supervision and guidance to development teams e: Continually researching current and emerging technologies
      • Technical Experience : A:ask for a level of contact center domain knowledge, and someone that understands the criticality and complexity of that environment B:Must to have skill is Golang C:From distributed architecture and APIs, data points and systems, D: experience in defining solution architecture for large enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, SOA Webservices SOAP and REST, ESBs, Open Source products, and strong working knowledge of SOA, SOAP, WSDL, Service Orchestration, Business Process Choreography, BPE
