A business exhibiting the same unique combination of management skills, best practice methods and adventurous spirit that exists with Mace globally.The rolePlanning ManagerReporting to the project director, managing the complete planning management deliverables for the project. Responsible for the development of the schedule and subsequent management of consultants and contractors.Part of the senior management team in a client facing role.Your responsibilities will include:Supervising the requirements planning for the project delivery.Managing the development and delivery of the final set up plans.Supervising the sequencing and scheduling of works across multiple projects in a programme.Establishing and maintaining schedule baselines and ensure project control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.Preparing and reviewing proposals and site plans in conformance with codes and local and national regulations.Working closely with the client, sub consultants and main contractors.Reviewing the overall project status with the project management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.Demonstrating a clear, systematic approach to solving complex issues and communicates the solution in an effective, efficient, high level manner.Evaluating and reporting on all scheduling, cost and change controls for this scheme in conjunction with the client.The requirementsYour experience, knowledge and skills need to include:Minimum 12+ years experience.Major international project experience.Background in PMC.Indian experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Indian languages.QualificationsA degree qualification is required.Professional memberships is beneficial but is not compulsory.If you would like to make a confidential enquiry, please contact Rinky Chaudhary in the recruitment team.https:/ / info.macegroup.com/ reports/ employees/ homepage.aspxid=34573Please remember the Employee Referral Scheme and if there are any talented people you can recommend, just click the button and use the Refer a friend feature found within the relevant job.https:/ / info.macegroup.com/ centralsupport/ hr/ referral_scheme.aspxMace is an equal opportunity employer.
