This position is for Electrification Plant to be based in Pune/ Chakan. Set- up systems , process and controls for compliance using statutory Dana guidelines Assist Plant Manager in meeting key plant financial metrics such as Sales , EBITDAR , EBIT cash flow Work with other functions/ team to achieve plant metrics Develop retain finance team Ensure proper compliance of statutory and regulatory requirements , including direct and indirect tax Assist Plant Manager to develop annual budget and 3 year operating/ business plan Accounting financial management of the plant Customer reconciliation and inter- company reconciliation Support Import and Export transactions and procedure Inventory management including sub- contract accounting GL account reconciliation Month close , Quarter and Annual reporting activities Co- ordination with Auditor. [ Excise audit , CERA audit , Service Tax Audit , VAT Audit , Internal Audit , Statutory Audit and Sox audit] Support sales team in proforma preparation , plant product costing. Job Requirements: Specific Skills / Personal Attributes: ACA (no gaps) , ICWA will be an added advantage 15 - 18 years of work experience with atleast last 3 years in the capacity of Plant Controller Expert knowledge in direct and Indirect Taxation , assessment and related processes Handling of all Statutory compliances , interactions with the department [GST , etc] - monthly return submission , responses to show cause notice , if any . AR and AP Management Experience of inventory accounting including sub- contract accounting. Experience of handing customer , vendor and inter- company reconciliation. Proven experience in handling Warranty , Royalty , Fixed Assets accounting Good ability to adhere to internal controls , adherence to corporate policies Knowledge of SOX and US GAAP preferred Expert knowledge in SAP- FICO and MS Office Good communication (spoken and written) Proven competency in Analytics , System , Data Management capabilities Proactive Ability to coordinate with other departments and exhibit good team- work Decision Making Problem Solving Ability to provide leadership to the function Adaptability and flexibility Experience Requirements: 10+ 10+ Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree Bachelors Degree,
