This position is for Electrification Plant to be based in Pune/ Chakan. Perform the role of Project Manager till the plant is commissioned oControlling building progress oControl asset ordering and runoff timing oSuppliers review and timing oLiaison between various agencies incl. government during the project management phase oEnsuring PPAP from customer before initiation of production Guiding the team for high performance culture Prepare 5 year operating plan Ensuring Annual plan for the plant is complied Ensure plant financial operational metrics are met Ensuring plant operational efficiency , customer satisfaction Safety culture deployment On time launch of new products Customer relationship management Deployment of DOS culture (TPM) Ensure employee engagement Ensure compliance standard are met Develop hiring plan Supply Chain Management Labour management Ensuring product targets are met Job Requirements: Specific Skills / Personal Attributes: Bachelor degree inElectrical/ Mechatronics 18- 25 years of experience in same field Sense of investigation and diagnosis Customer service oriented Demonstrated ability for interpersonal relationships Self- initiated Assertive Fair understanding of financials impacting the plant performance English communication (read , write spoken) should be adequate to converse at international level Hands on experience in project management of new plant establishment Good knowledge in all statutory requirements (factory establishment) Managing Plant PL Experience Requirements: 10+ 10+ Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree Bachelors Degree,
