Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Were Hiring for Platform Specialist-TreasuryRoles & Responsibilities :-
    • Proven track record for independently driving global implementation in SAP FICO, Treasury and IHC
    • Worked as SME in SAP Treasury and IHC
    • Clear understanding of future technology trends
    • Broad expertise of functional domain, relevant business processes and technology
    • Leading in solution design on program level based on enterprise architecture
    • Experience in translating high level solutions into detailed technical design
    • Determinative in setting solution directions to finalize decisions, in order to achieve organizational goals in creative and effective ways
    • Collaboration: Regularly interact with executives and/or customers. Interactions frequently involve negotiations and/or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding IT platforms
    • Drive improvements across standards, guidelines and process
    • Accountable that solution design meets platform architecture. Provide feedback to architecture community on architecture and design
    • Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability, manageability, performance, and security & compliance
    • Approve the content of the release prior to release and manages interrelation aspects with other applications
    • Support Development Team in performing build automation and configuration management
    • Supports the Delivery Manager in timely provision of technical environments
    • Support Business Analyst, Project Manager and Delivery Manager in managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development
    • Coach Technical leads and Developers
    Technical Knowledge and Skills required :
    • SAP FI (Certification is preferred)
    • Experience in SAP FICO, Treasury, IHC
    • Good understanding of integration with other modules
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Worked in business/client facing roles
    • Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask
    • Clarity of thought and vision
    • Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table
    • Adherence to timelines, without sacrificing quality of output
    • Hands on and detail oriented, with a strong ability to co-ordinate across different geographies and with different stakeholders
    • Ability to manage multiple functions at same point of time
    • Cross domain: clearly articulate problem statements to evolve solutions across domains
    • Innovation: is a creative thinker, develop new concepts and solutions across domains
    • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others
    • 10+ years
    • SAP FI, Treasury, IHC experience of at-least 8+ years with strong functional knowledge
    • At-least 2-3full end to end implementation experience mandatory
