Job Description

    • Tap all SME firms which recruit from campuses in their respective regions by meeting the VP/Head- HR/ Campus Recruitment Head
    • Engage with clients for all campus related activities and develop high-quality client relationships- strategize and build an effective plan for each client
    • New account acquisition as per sales strategy and plans support Corporate Account Management team in nurturing mid to senior level relationships
    • 2-5 years of technology product sales (B2B) experience experience to HR professionals(recruitment related) is preferred
    • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability targets
    Qualifications :
    • Solid planning and methodical thinking (accounting for various external and internal factors)
    • Good business acumen and analytical abilities with an eye for detail
    • Ability to understand the client s problems and connect the dots of how our solution can help
    • Strong written and oral communication skills and equally high listening skills
    • Ability to build relationship and connect with people values relationships
    • Maturity and ability to handle stress and demanding client requirements
    • Self driven, persistent, action oriented, quick thinker and goal drive- willing to travel significantly
