Job Description

    Define & own strategy and its execution for Fraud domain within MPGS. Be the subject matter expert who provides expertise to internal and external customers. Lead the software development of new and enhancement of existing products and features in a SAFe squad model. Be the main interface to engineering teams, communicating vision, strategy, defining product objectives and keeping the team humming. Define and document the problem, scope, functional specifications and requirements, use cases and success criteria for new functionality. Create technical documentation and onboarding guides. Train delivery, implementation and customer support teams as part of a product rollout. Drive change and uplift the craft of Product Management within MPGS. ,
