Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities 1. Data Management & representation of data 2. Operational fluency of SQL 3. Responsible to track Click rate / Conversion and publish MIS on daily basis 4. Closely with business data & analytics teams to derive output 5. Core Model development and deliverable for ARU team 6. Working on exploratory data analytics and catching the ML opportunities. 7. Design & Automation of the existing manual data processing. 8. Take responsibilities of overall BI function for ARU team 9. Automate and monitor seamless execution of the reports down the line. 10. Subject matter expert on data and BI for ARU function and provide required understanding and training on data structures coding etc. to the users 11. Managing Retailer Activate Data 12. Accountable for highlighting data quality issues to BIU/IT; Accountable for highlighting missing data and fields required for risk data analysis and reports to BIU/IT; Facilitating and resolving data issues at the report Level * Key Decisions / Dimensions - 5. DIMENSIONS (Key numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job) Financial Dimensions (FY 19) (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts) NA Other Dimensions (FY 19) (Significant volume dimensions associated with the job) NA , * Qualifications a) Graduate/Post-graduate in Engineering/ Statistics/MCA from a premier institute b) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills c) Acceptable level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel). , Power BI etc. d) Having knowledge of SQL Work Experience Required Qualifications and Experience 2-3 years of experience 8. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) 1. Having sound knowledge of SQL 2. Sound knowledge of Power BI and other data visualization tools 3. Must have expertise in Google analytics. 4. Good expertise in Machine learning models, and statistical analysis. 5. Strong Data Science Subject Matter Experience (Algorithmic coding level plus constantly self-learning advanced capabilities 6. Must have strong knowledge in SQL. Proficient with complex query building and performance tuning Exposure to analytics tools like SAS etc. will be preferred. 7. Should have good understanding of data storage systems. 8. Effective verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management
