The candidate should have worked with PowerApps & MS flow with hands on for more than 2 years Manages the allocation of work to his team Interacts with customers to understand the requirements Expectation management and managing escalation management with users Guides and mentors the team when they have technical problems or communication issues Works with architects team to provide work out solutions for the more complex or new technology related change requestsThe Member will be responsible for development of PowerApps with SharePoint.The Member should be able to recommend best-in-class application architecture identifying functional as well as non-functional parametersThe Member must be able to do POC and do the feasibility check on the client requirements with respect to PowerApps implementationThe Member must be able to suggest the best possible solution with respect to implementation of PowerApps for the given requirementsThe Member must understand the dos and don ts with in the shell environment and strictly adhere to themThe Member should have good knowledge on CSOM and be ready to develop any scripts required to perform / complete the workThe Member must provide technical leadership for Microsoft NET web applications and SharePoint applications to the team reporting to him/herThe Member will perform people management related activities including development of team members and provide support to team members in technical as well as communication challenges, guide them and mentor them wherever requiredThe Member should show good interest in learning, and be focused;The Member should take responsibility for themselves and their work and well organizedMust possess at least 6 7 years IT experience.Microsoft Certified Powerapps and Dnyamics 365 will be plus.Required qualifications to be successful in this role MicrosoftTechnology Design principles, SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-premise; CSOM, JSOM, PowerShell Scripting, XML, REST API, VISUAL STUDIO, C#, HTML5, CSS3 Net, JS Frameworks like jQuery, AngularJS, Typescript will be an added advantageSkills :Developing Graduates and junior developers for next levelCandidate should have experience in providing support / guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development and testing processesExperience in improving processes to ensure alignment between the business strategies and application technology roadmapExperience in providing scope, approach, estimates, and deliverables to the users,
