Job Description

    Global Practice Director RISE with S/4HANA, SAP Offerings Primary Skills/expertise
    • Experience in managing large/global engagements in the Application Management space with experience in managing multiple Solution teams, establishing partner relationship in functional/business areas.
    • Ability to understand Move to Cloud opportunity based on initial assessment and propose appropriate solutions such as Rise with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Private Cloud etc.,
    • End-to-End understanding about solutioning preferably covering S/4HANA
    • Detailed understanding about architectural considerations of on-premise, cloud, IOT, Integration applications, Manufacturing Execution / Automation applications etc.,
    • Project Management/Delivery Management Experience AMS, Roll-out, Upgrades, New implementations etc.,
    • 15 17 yrs. of experience in architecting solutions in SAP with a decent coverage in non-SAP application portfolios as well.
    • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing or any other industry
    Preferred skills/expertise
    • Good conceptual understanding about CX, BTP(SCP), IBP, BW, SCA, Ariba, SF, CPI, Concur, Hyperscalers Azure, GCP and AWS.
    • Functionalities understanding such as ChatBOT, RPA, Process Mining applications etc., is preferred.
    • Ability to provide solutioning leveraging RISE with SAP landscape such S/4HANA PCE, Digital Supplier Network, Asset Intelligence Network and BTP.
    • Last 5 7 years in similar capacity preferably in an Indian Tier 1/2 or Global Tier 1/2 company offering similar services.
    • Has clarity of thought and must be able to communicate complex functional concepts to senior business executives & CXOs in a lucid and persuasive manner.
    • Always finds a way to win, achieve objectives and milestones, through strong leadership, excellent execution.
    • Persuasive presenter with demonstrated talent in establishing relationships over emails, phone and in person.
    • Proven track record in performance-based engagements
    • Must be open for business travel to Birlasoft and their prospects/customers offices across geographies.
    Role & Responsibilities
    • Drive solution & competency development roadmap in end-to-end SAP Portfolios with ability to consider non-SAP applications on merits basis. This is from perspective of offerings as well as coming up with appropriate solutions/accelerators ideas etc.,
    • Provide Thought Leadership, Proposal solutioning, estimation, response and defense for net new and delivery led opportunities.
    • Develop and update Point of View for Business Transformation areas for Net new and existing account mining.
    • Evangelize Birlasoft s RISE with SAP offerings with CXO community of prospects and customers.
    • Support the sales organization and verticals in identifying and developing new business opportunities for Business Transformation services.
    • Work closely with Birlasoft s Functional/Technical/CX/BD&A/HXM/DSC Practices etc, Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Alliance teams to refine value propositions based on market and industry intelligence in SAP Net New, Business Transformation and AMS areas etc.,
