Pre-Sales activities -Cold Calling, Marketing Communication, Corporate activities,Lead Generation. Working closely with sales teams to ensure that the properties offered meet the customers requirements. You will be bringing pre-sales support to the sales team, working closely with them to deal with both new and existing customers.Job Responsibility:-Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted telephone/e-mail contact.-Generate & maintain a strong pipeline to ensure that the Sales team has adequate number of qualified opportunities to convert.-Initiate and Identify which stage is a lead in a buyers journey within the given target market.-Nurture the leads by emphatic, clear and effective communication through various stages.-Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with leads through the multiple stages of their buying journey andfurther to gain insights from the follow-ups and multi-touch to analyse leads qualification for sales.-Approaching prospects to conduct in-person meeting and site visits through further lead nurturing process.
