  4. Approaching prospects and selling high end luxury apartments over calls
  5. Sharing the relevant product knowledge with potential prospects
  6. Coordinating with the Site Sales Team for the appointments
  7. Timely follow ups for higher conversions
  8. Maintaining all relevant records pertaining to the prospects
  9. 100% upkeep of CRM software
  10. Be a great Team Player
  11. Understand Emotions and difficulties of the Customer
