Job Description

The HR technology team aims to provide world class People Technology solutions for our global employee base. We maintain and enhance our existing tools and deliver new functionality to improve efficiency and scalability - all while delighting our employees with a great user experience.The Senior HRIS Analyst will be directly responsible for delivering and supporting Workday EIB and studio integrations in addition to supporting Reporting /Dashboard requirements and new functionality deployment.What You will Do:Drive projects implementing new Workday functionality, based on our Technology roadmapManage and maintain existing system integrations and lead the development of new integrations within the HRIS architectureDevelop and deploy Workday integration solutions aimed at optimizing business processes spanning multiple technologies across the enterprise.Drive Reporting & Dashboard development (including BIRT)Automation of manual processes including EIB LoadsProvide day-to-day system support, including resolution of all system related issues Conduct and coordinate testing when new update patches & new releasesDrive data integrity by scheduling and conducting audits, testing on a consistent, timely and thorough mannerProvide subject matter expertise and perspective to influence the HR Technology roadmap and prioritization of initiativesAdditional Job DescriptionKey Skills/Experience Requirements:5 years overall Workday Functional and Technical experience in Core HCM and Business Analysis3 years experience developing Workday integrations including EIB Inbound / Outbound and Workday Studio experience is desirableProficiency with Reporting and Dashboards including BIRT.Proficiency in webservice technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, SAML)Experience with Workday calculated fields and custom reports.Must have technical and functional knowledge of Workday (HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Time Entry, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding) business processes and SecurityDeep Understanding of Business Process Configuration, Security, Report Writer, etc.Workday Integration & Workday Studio certification not required but highly valued.Experience in rolling out Focal/Merit process would be a Big Plus.At Veritas, we care about the causes close to your heart and enable you to volunteer, donate, and do good.
