What you will be doing:You will need experience of supporting a large global enterprise network. Veritas consists of more than 30 offices and 1000 network devices including Data Center and Public CloudYou must demonstrate good end to end troubleshooting skills, be able to use various network tools and packet sniffers to full effect, be confident and be able to take charge of any incident, directing and guiding other teams to ensure a quick resolution, whilst also providing timely updates to senior management.There is a requirement to work a shift pattern so we can provide 24 hrs a day support, 7 days a week.What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed:In depth WAN knowledge including BGP/OSPF/EIGRP/MPLSTraffic Engineering QoS for Voice, Video including MulticastCisco ASR, Nexus and Catalyst Hardware for Campus, Branch Office and the Data CenterMust have firewall policy management experience across one of Juniper SRX or Cisco ASA.Cisco Wi-Fi technology including including Guest Wi-Fi and BYOD services, Cisco Prime. Understand the different deployment scenarios utilising Dedicated, Anchor and Flex ControllersGood to have skills:Brocade Vyatta Firewall ++++Citrix NetScaler +++IBM Softlayer Cloud ++Cisco ISE (v1.3 or higher) ++Infoblox (DHCP, IPAM, DNS and NTP) ++Pulse Remote Access +Cisco ACS TACACS +Solar Winds +F5 ADC +IPv6 +Splunk +Service Now +AWZ, Azure, GCP +,
