Job Summary: Must have worked in automation projects involving Selenium WebDriver Experience of managing a QA team (6-10 members ) Experience providing leadership to QA teams from a technical/ architecture perspective Strong verbal and written communication skills with other QAs, developers and business client Experience of designing and developing automation framework and code reviews Strong Java programming knowledge Strong knowledge of web/ http protocol Strong Experience of Mobile testing Knowledge of Android and iOS Experience of Java logs troubleshooting Ability to carry out coordination activities with Onsite DEV/ QA teams Knowledge of professional software engineering practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing Ability to analyze and solve complex problems quickly and creatively Out of the box thinking, ability to test applications with thorough test coverage Have a strong technical background and ability to learn complex products and testing methodologies quickly as well as strong and detail-oriented troubleshooting skills Committed Team player and positive attitude Additional Information: Nuance offers a compelling and rewarding work environment.
