Job Description

What you will be doing:You will be a member of a Product Engineering team delivering on the strategic road-map of an enterprise scale product. The team imbibes Agile values and principles. You will work with cross functional teams within engineering, product management, customer and usability groups. You will be responsible evaluating the technology, designing the component/feature and mentoring the juniors in the team.Youll have the opportunity to develop thorough understanding of Digital Compliance domain and influence product road-map. As member of technical staff youll have the opportunity to grow as a software engineer in a culture of technical excellence, high team performance and strong work ethics.What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed:

  • Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience: 10+ years of software development experience in an individual contributor roleEssential Skills:
  • C++ and SQL server programming including multi-threaded server applications development
  • Independently able to decide on strategy, design, develop and implement enterprise software applications on Windows platforms.
  • Experience with concurrent programming, scale-out distributed systems and test-driven development practices.
  • Experience in working in Agile scrum teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with building high-quality software based upon architectural specifications.
Good to have:
  • Development exposure on AWS
  • Identify appropriate use of AWS operational best practices
  • Experience in development and performance optimization of web applications, server components, database and web services
  • Provide technical inputs: refactor, develop and test product enhancements designed for usability, scale, performance, manageability, automation and supportability.
  • Collaborate with various disciplines within engineering and outside such as product management, user experience, tech support and with customers to provide innovative solutions
  • Facilitate technical decisions; incorporate feedback and emergent patterns; ensure technical cohesion in product architecture
  • Exposure to archiving/search domain
