We use it to create highly efficient and simple processes with the aim of making the corrugated cardboard industry the most innovative and productive industry segment worldwide.If you also want to face the challenges of a start-up, support us at the Pune location.Main Tasks:

  • Responsible for the implementation and follow up of improvement projects or technologies in its team/unit
  • Ensure that latest developments are considered and where appropriate, included and applied
  • Design and manage lean processes and operations
  • Ensuring a consistent and reproducible stability of IT-supported business processes & integration of the other areas, creation of an overall structure across the entire unit
  • Agile process optimization and supervision
  • Discuss, align and report the project status with the unit manager
  • continuous improvement and optimization with recourse to methods of agile process management: fast iteration cycles, focus on short-term goals, Scrum Cycles
  • Assuring process quality and stability
Profile:
  • IT Graduate with minimum 2 yrs experience.
  • Analytical thinking and common knowledge of analyses languages and tools to collect, Ability to work in self-organized teams responsible for processes management and control for each Unit
  • Conceptual and problem-solving skills, superior attention to detail
  • Understanding of processes on an end-to-end basis, ability to configuration in order to drive value in a digital age
  • An advantage: knowledge of German.
