Design the to be state, taking into account state of the art tools and techniques. Define validation criteria to allow processes to be validated before going into production.Your primary goal will be to take user requirements for new software tools and services and translate these into working process models. This will involve discussions with product owners and users and with software teams who own the tools that come later in the production chain.Help roll out and follow up processes while they are live.Here s a little taste of your challenge:

  • Work in an Agile environment and be a critical part of a cross functional team comprised of software engineers, testers, and others
  • Work in a result-oriented manner optimizing your efforts to bring the most value in a given timeline. In order to achieve this everyone on the must work together, performing various roles depending on the current needs
  • Be exposed to many challenges and opportunities to learn and gain valuable experience
What you ll need:
  • 4 years relevant experience
  • Expert in the domain area of software Process Engineering i.e. establishing structured PE approach, standards, methodology, and measurement criterias
  • Experienced in using process engineering tools and techniques such BPM, VSM, Time motion study, etc.
  • Expertise in process design (block diagrams), process flow diagrams, cost estimates and impact assessment.
  • Experience in Workflow Automation Tools like Camunda an Advantage.
  • Master in Geography/Geology, Engineering, ICT, Topography or equivalent by experience
  • Ability to analyze problems and decompose them into logical parts
  • Knowledge of GIS tooling, statistics, process mining
  • Good communications skills you will need to communicate in written and spoken English with colleagues from other locations on a daily basis

  • You are team-oriented, which means being able to communicate with other team members, expressing doubts and accepting constructive criticism in reasonable way.
  • Should not go with the flow and get biased. Instead should be able to challenge current approaches.
