Job Description

Work on Sourcing projects with minimum supervision on categories related to indirect material and services. Independently conduct Market Intelligence in the S&P area (from scoping to project completion) Strong in-depth sourcing knowledge of sourcing framework and indirect procurement category sourcing expertise. Knowledge of MRO Supplies, CAPEX, Marketing Services, HR/Corp Services. This is preferred but other categories would be considered. Strong experience in procurement related MI will be preferred and Strong communication skills Able to independently publish RFx and evaluating the responses, and providing recommendation based on the evaluation to the stakeholder. Must have good negotiation skills. Should be independently able to execute negotiations with suppliers. (This is important) Good experience and exposure to pharma based Categories. (Preferred). Should know Project Reporting on tracking sheet and Project Dashboard preparation. Independently managing the Stake holder. This is a must. Good analytical skills with hands on experience of MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skill internally and with client.,
