    Job description1. Participate in product innovation acceptance testing.2. Identify process automation opportunitiesProcessDelivery1. Complete all updates of internal systems like DTS and DWMS,Portico and timesheets.2. Attend weekly team meetings and QA sessionsProcessDelivery1. Complete the assigned tasks accurately, completely, on time byfollowing process checklists and documentation2. Assist in project / process transitioning from new or existing clients3. Assisting managers by provide inputs in resolving team queries/issues on products and systemsProject Management1. Develop and maintain effective customer relationships (rapport)2.
