Ltd. Plot no. F.27, MIDC Ranjangaon, Taluka. Shirur, Dist. PuneJob SummaryThis position provides support to the R&D and Technology Function. The position is responsible for performing relatively complex administrative and operations support duties for the R&D Organization. The Technical Coordinator will work in support of Research and Development. This position is involved in the daily ordering and receiving of raw materials, set-up of formulations in SAP, datasheet creation, and other activities focused on development of new products and productivity improvements of existing products. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Works with formulation team to ensure availability of key raw materials needed for new product development. Performs routine cycle count checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Once we receive order completion of NPC (new product costing) in SAP
  • Dispatch of samples (dispatch mail to all concerned, printing stickers of grade name/ code, customer name and pasting on sample boxes)
  • Works with formulation team to create Bills of Material and Inspection Plans in SAP for production of new materials.
  • May own SMDC (master data integrity)
  • Creates and modifies datasheets, working closely with product formulators and product management.
  • Carry out projects which further enhance good data integrity and streamline the process around master data by coordinating changes with other departments (R & D, Technical Service, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Orders supplies as necessary.
  • Works with minimal supervision on individual projects; manage time effectively and efficiently.
  • Will be responsible for various special assignments in safety, environmental, and process as needed.
  • Support and participate in Kaizen events
  • Other projects/duties as assigned or needed.
Education and ExperienceHigh School of Diploma or Graduate with minimum 3 years of Experience in the Manufacturing Industry Competencies
