About the team FIS Enterprise Risk platform (Adaptiv) provides high end Credit and Market Risk Management functionality to top tier banks and financial institutions around the world that deal with a variety of asset classes in their Trading and Banking book portfolios.The Professional services team undertakes New Implementations, Interface Development, Configuration, Customizations and Product Upgrade services to the clients to optimize the use of FIS Enterprise Risk platform for the bank s business. What you will be doing A Technical Consultant should have combination of technical and problem solving skills required for new implementation and upgrades of FIS Enterprise Risk platform and includes a range of activities such as
• Software Installation
• Custom interface development
• Data migration
• Product configuration
• Job scripting
• Workflow automation
• Scripting for reports and data extracts etc.
The role provides opportunity to innovative solutions to client requirements by designing and developing custom plugins / libraries which well fit within the product architecture.The role requires someone who has appreciation and interest in financial systems and their surrounding technical environment. The person should be able to use tools, applications and technologies effectively to implement FIS solutions in client environments. What you bring: Knowledge / Experience
• Degree in Technology / Engineering / Computer science.
• 7 to 10 years hands on experience working on product implementation and upgrades of large and complex applications preferably at a Financial Technology vendor.

  • Experience Working on Cloud Environments
  • Ansible scripts
  • Javascript
  • Exposure to any programming Language
  • Strong SQL scripting advance level skills
  • Windows Power Shell scripting
  • MS SQL server Installation, configuration and Use, Rabbit MQ.

  • COM, Windows Services
  • RestAPIs
  • XML
  • Networking Concepts
• Excellent Problem Analysis, Problem-Solving, Troubleshooting skills in diverse areas e.g. Software Installation, Configuration, Automation, Performance Tuning.
• Experience on data migration, interfaces development, software installation and configuration, release automation.
Nice to have
• Experience working in on financial software. Preferably in Investment Banking / Commercial Banking.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets and Derivative Asset Classes.
• Knowledge of Delphi programming language
• OLAP, MDX Queries
Qualifications
• Excellent academics B.E./ B. Tech in Computer Science / Electronics
Competencies
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work on a variety of activities defect analysis, coding, functional testing, interfaces/reports, work on multiple products
• Interest in Financial Domain
• Ability to work with demanding clients / provide some time overlap with Asian/ European teams for certain phases of the project.
