In this role, you have the opportunity toProve your strengths in Product Industrialization and grow in multi-disciplinary Team/Project Management!You are responsible forWithin PDLM, PIE is responsible for the development and improvement of processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.Pitcher of new product industrialization projects towards the sites. PIE is part of Operation Project team of NPI & Manufacturing Transfer & ensures factory ready to rollout NPIs in the factory.Your responsibilities include:Responsible for content of all PDLM tasks and deliverables related to in-house manufacturing eg. Process requirements, DfMAT, PFMEA, Process validation, manufacturing control plan etc.Manage the interfaces with product development and global/site manufacturing engineersResponsible for the performance of processes, tools and equipment during ramp-up at the site (pitching)Executes Capex optimization for investmentsOperations involvement in PDLM by providing input into manufacturing requirementsStandardization across various production sites in scopeCreate Quality Control Plan and Work InstructionsObtains & Installs equipment and supports ramp-up of the process at the siteGives input from factory side to the sign-off at SR milestone & project close Review and approve suppliers MFG capabilitiesImplements design changesIdentifies, design, implement and validate manufacturing processes, tools and equipment enabling quality and efficiencyApplies lean manufacturing principlesEmploys equipment, practices, and procedures which promote a healthy, safe, and secure work environmentExecutes the processes and standards with embedded quality into the way of working including adherence to compliance with safetyAccountable for Process Requirements based on Product Specifications from R&D and Manufacturing Requirements. Provides active inputs on improving the Manufacturability of the New ProductEnsures adherence to the applicable process for product introductions, qualifications and releaseAccountable for MF BOM, routing Master dataExecutes the processes and standards in adherence to compliance with safety, regulatory- and environmental requirements as well as local laws , Philips General Business principles and other policiesYou are a part ofThe Business group is Diagnostic Imaging. This Business delivers medical systems and solutions that are based on the usage of X-ray. Within this Business the Product Industrialization department is responsible for developing and releasing the manufacturing process for new products considering people, quality, processes, tools and the performance of production execution from order to installation, with the purpose to establish faster, better and cheaper realization processes in order to achieve world class results.You will report to the Product Industrialization Leader of IGTS Mobile & DXR and work closely together with Engineering, Procurement Engg, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Catalog development and Manufacturing.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceEducation Qualification:BE/ B.Tech.in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics/ Production/Industrial EngineeringWork Experience:68 years in a complex assembly/test industryWorked in global environment, Preferably 3+ yearsShould have experience inIndustrial Integration and Manufacturing transfersNew Product Introduction (NPI)Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering,Design Change ManagementMfg.
