Role within the organisation: We re on the lookout for a Product Manager to spearhead our product roadmap and feature offerings. Our ideal candidate is someone who assumes ownership of product and works with all teams on timely releases and upgrades. Responsibilities: Conduct market research & Competitive Analysis Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts Drive product development with a team of world class engineers Develop understanding of customers , technology and competition , to synthesize into product strategy Define and analyze metrics for the success of the product Support Marketing teams with creating customer facing and other marketing collaterals Prepare product demos for internal and external customers. Conversations with the end users to collect feedback , and incorporate feedback in the product Coordinate with engineering , marketing , and business teams Assist in the development of Sales enablement collateral Skills: Must - have experience in Marketing Technology Products Bachelors in Computer Science; with an MBA from Top 10 B - Schools in India is preferable not a must Ability to understand consumer behavior and requirements Proven experience creating marketing plans encompassing strategy , customer research , competitive analysis , product requirements , messaging , pricing , etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for gaining customer insights and translating insights into Product features Familiarity with SaaS Products , CRMs , Sales & Marketing Automation Software Critical thinking skills to ask great questions and keep the big picture in mind.
