Job Description

  • Exp: Previous working experience as a Scrum Product Owner for 5 years
  • Qualification: Master in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field Certified Scrum Product Owner (certification) is preferable.
Gender : Male/Female Industry : ITJob Role Responsibilities:Design product functionality for our internal products (payments, charity app, etc) and for our software development services client projects. Design and develop wireframes and user experience workflows for our product i.e. Mobile App, Web Platforms, etc. Provides domain-specific expertise and overall software systems leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements Ensure the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROILead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/Sprint Goals Provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk. Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software systems organization. Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product Follow our competitors and the industry Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trendsSkills:In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle Technical background with knowledge of software development, mobile applications and web technologies Excellent organizational and time management skills Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Creative thinker with a vision Strong attention to detail Strong user experience and user interface design background is preferableJoining : Immediate,
