*Job Title:Product Owner Unified CollaborationLocation: PuneDesigning Products and Services that support our colleagues to openly innovate, collaborate effectively, and deliver in an agile way, through an evergreen and flexible ecosystem which constantly evolves to provide the required capabilities for Barclays. Leveraging strategic partnerships to enable acceleration and standardisation in line with our business priorities and through ruthless governance and control to maintain efficiency and lean delivery.The Product Engineering function forms a critical part of the target operating model for the Infrastructure organisation within Barclays, as it become a Services focused function pushing the boundaries of where traditional Financial Services IT organisations have operatedWhat will you be doing

• Key specific accountabilities; Unified Collaboration:
• Responsible point person for all product-specific queries
• Validates Requirements
• Creates Technical Integration Designs fit for real-world deployment
• Executes Build Process working with Engineering team
• Responsible for the technical product delivery and rollout supported by the Project Manager and underpinned by the Product Manager
• Works with CTO for technical interlock on future product strategy and provides delivery feedback to CTO to improve future releases
• Documents Releases and Technical Stories within the goverance tool set
• Worked with Product Engineering to Write Acceptance Criteria and test (Lab & Pre-Prod):
• Supports Test, Release, and Deploy with the Product Manager and Program Manager
• Vendor engagement (technical) supporting integration, deployment, or troubleshooting
• Create and maintain strong relationships with your stakeholder network, ensuring your products are relevant and meet the required outcomes
• Continually assess market capabilities to ensure Barclays is adopting the most relevant capabilities in the industry
• Define and own the target integrated designs for Unified Collaboration, gaining approval across your stakeholder community, including the CTO.
• Demonstrates clear alignment of the end state solutions to defined outcomes and a clear transition approach, laying out the steps to achieving the end state
• Define and own the integrated design to bring new products to production understanding the user experience, technology, operational and commercial benefits and impact.
• Understands and defines time schedules with Engineering.
• Understands CTO roadmap and works with Engineering to support Product Lifecycle.
• Supports Product Engineering team to ensure the delivered solution meets the defined outcomes
• Ensure products are released within governance, on time and to quality
• Ensure that there is a clear plan for the decommission of any legacy products being replaced in accordance with CTO roadmap.

What we re looking for:

• Experienced in architecting & designing successfully implemented enterprise class Unified Collaboration solutions for global financial services organisations
• Experienced in driving, supporting a governing major transformation
• exceptional understanding of Enterprise grade implementations of collaboration toolsets, rich media and chat platforms.
• Enterprise grade solutions for TV distribution, Webcasting and video conferencing.
• Enterprise scale implementation of Microsoft collaboration services including cloud services such as Skype for Business online, SharePoint Online and MS Teams.
• Enterprise experience with Slack, Symphony and/or Chatter etc
• Strong foundational knowledge of enterprise identity and its role in collaboration platforms
• Networking, both local and wide area, proxy/firewall etc and how they impact/improve Unified Collaboration
• Mobile/Agile working product knowledge for Unified Collaboration

Skills that will help you in the role:
