Are you used to leading HRIT projects Can you plan and manage multiple projects that are running simultaneously Do you have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Are you a Line Manager to a large delivery team Do you like to be challenged and encouraged to learn and grow professionally We re looking for someone to be: responsible for HRIT Operations and Service Delivery as a product/service lead with line manager responsibilities for a large delivery team (both onshore and offshore). Ensuring delivery of technology solutions that are value driven solutions and strengthen our position as digital leaders hands-on approach to planning and managing overall project schedules, for multiple projects running simultaneously, you could be a scrum master for some of these. This includes working closely with our application vendors manage budgets and be responsible for tracking and reporting of actuals and forecast accountable for resourcing and sizing of projects and aligning with budgetsignificant stakeholder engagement including Product Owner and leadership role in management meetings manage the budget, risk, dependencies, quality and change at product level drive effective project governance to stay in line with scope, budget and timelines including consistent report mechanisms hands-on experience in driving quality assurance, release and process management assess and remediate risks including escalation, issues, tracking these plus deliverables on our RAID reports adhere and drive compliance of delivery standardsYour Career ComebackWe are open to applications from career returners. You must be highly skilled and proficient in your area of expertise and contribute to our IT programs., highly skilled and proven experience as a Product Lead for HR Operations and Service Delivery across multiple modules with proven experience from multiple implementations, focusing on large scaled HR applications ERP/SaaS/in-house applications (70,000+ employees utilizing the application across all geographies) excelled as a Line Manager through various cycles of hiring, development, performance management, reward & recognition etc bachelor s/master s degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in HRIT applications/solutions ability to communicate at all levels of the organization conceptual skills analytical, innovative with the ability to communicate concepts strong stakeholder experience and communication skills in their language ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, and provide structure to complex problems collaboration, teaming, excellent presentation and communication (written, oral) skills self-starter and delivery focused excellent communication skills and proven Functional HR experience across multiple areas excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsfont color= white >*#LI-SS1
