Job Description

Roles:

  • Creating innovative product/service design.
  • Operating in an abstract and new environment.
  • Challenging status-quo.
  • Delivering outcomes in a matrix environment.
Strategy development and long-term projects planning and execution:
  • Designs the product and services offering based on customer need.
  • S/he should be able to anticipate unique customer need and challenge the status quo.
  • Actively identifying opportunities for improvement and incorporate new product features on an on-going basis.
  • Driving shared value proposition i.e. service fees paid by the customer, discounts/rewards offered to customers, positive behavior reinforcement, increased data availability resulting in designing of more customized products and services, higher opportunity for cross-sell, reduction in frauds, reduction in costs.
  • Collaborating with various teams, across the organization in the integration and configuration of new 3rd party/Partnership solutions.
  • Closely track competition activity.
  • Enabling Sales through various campaign/incentive schemes etc.
Business as usual:
  • Work collaboratively with the motor business to ensure the right products and services are available to our customers.
  • Market and Benchmarking to ensure that offerings are best in class.
  • Define and test product success metrics and analyze product performance.
Stakeholder management:
  • Work collaboratively with Motor business team, IT and project leads to ensure successful deployment of platform.
  • Work with leadership team, ecosystem partners, customers and development teams to ensure right integrations are in place.
