Job Description

  • You will be responsible for resolving tickets reported by customers or internal teams for product or services. you will be responsible for faster resolution and high quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues using Email, Phone & Chat.
  • Understanding customer requirements and providing relevant solutions
  • Keep yourself updated on Product knowledge & salesforce knowledge
  • Follow agile practices, Participate in Daily Syncups.
  • Update Support Tickets with required details and Time spent in resolving tickets.
  • Consult customer success - Level 2 for resolving issues requiring in-depth technical knowledge
  • Work with cross-functional team for issue resolution or process improvements.
  • Report daily updates to Team lead
Background:
  • Experience of providing support for Software products
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support Role
  • Experience of working with US customers in PST/EST/CST timezones (Preferred)
  • Graduates from any streams.
Skills Required:
  • Global Support Experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent in written and spoken english
  • Experience of using Support tool like Freshdesk, zendesk, Service cloud or equivalent.
  • Salesforce Basic knowledge is Must
  • Salesforce Ceritification - Added Advantage
