Job Description

Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelor of Commerce/Business Travel Percentage : 0%General Duties and Responsibilities:Providing day-to-day support to clients across multiple FIS products.Ensuring that all client queries are resolved maintaining high quality responses and timeliness.Acting as a first escalation point for clients and liaising with level 3 support teams to ensure issues are prioritized and resolved.Working and liaising with internal teams like product development team, technology services management team, professional services team, etc.Understanding clients setup, workflow processes in order to replicate the client scenario and report the issues to concerned teams.Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.Recreates client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.The team is complaint with daily internal procedures and controls which need to be adhered to and issues encountered, if any, need to be escalated to respective teams.Being involved in adhoc projects and initiatives based on the business needs.Ensure client satisfaction by regular follow-ups / gathering feedback, managing expectations and communicating clearly and efficiently with clients.This position involves working in rotational APAC shifts and over weekend.The ideal candidate must possess end to end NAV calculation experience working with mutual funds or hedge funds, supporting middle and back office trade life cycle, an eye for detail for investigating client reported issues.Knowledge of financial instruments and fund accounting are essential for the role.
