Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forProduction Engineer In Hot Forging & Press ShopResponsibilities :-

  • Forging of 1/2 to 12 flanges of S.S and Carbon all class in ASME, DIN & JIS.
  • Manufactures of closed Die forging , Ranges from 1.0Kg to 125Kg.
  • Experience in coordination smooth process flow with quality output also ensure safe, continual and efficient operations.
  • Must keep a check on all machines involved in production and utilize technical knowledge effectively to maximize productivity.
  • Responsible in managing operations activities involving resource planning, team building and coordination with internal and external departments.
  • Implemented autonomous maintenance concept for Mechanical failures and perform basic repairs and maintenance on machines.
  • To organize monitor and ensure safety devices, Housekeeping, Product quality.
  • To reduce rework and rejection by monitoring quality performance and up gradation in technologies.
  • Capable in production, operation process enhancing, troubleshooting, maintain organizational behavior and Resource handling.
  • To monitor and ensure product identifications trace ability for receiving material in process and dispatch with respect to heat code and color code.
  • Controlling the staffs/operators in forge/press shop and put full efficiency to increase production output in each stage.
  • Generating daily forge shop performance reports in Abbas excel sheet with down time summary, operational loss, management loss, tool repairs, plan Vs actual, data, breakdown, setup time, Fuel
  • consumption, manpower and daily unite wise production sheet.
  • Responsible for in process quality inspection at regular interval of time, find defects in ongoing production, Records First Piece inspection report.
  • Responsible for Inward Quality Inspection of parts from vendors.
  • To keep records of defects found in the inspection process, inform to supplier and HOD.
  • Coils and all other parts inspection, in process quality control and quality rating process.
  • To ensuring all gauges and instrument are calibrated. To introduce modern practices such as, Kaizen, TPM.7 Q.C tools and Poka-Yoke.
  • To do audit in final inspection on sampling Basis.
  • Preparation of PDIR Layout inspection report.
